Traffic Advisory In Effect As VP Harris Visits Berks County

Expect minor delays around Berks County Tuesday morning, Sept. 19, as Vice President Kamala Harris makes her way into Reading, authorities say.

The VP is stopping by Reading Area Community College as part of her "Fight for Our Freedoms" college tour, according to the White House website.

Reading police say to expect traffic delays and a large police presence near 2nd and Penn streets between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.
